How much will my foreclosure cleanup cost? Once our crew is onsite, they will give you a handwritten estimate before they schedule to have any work completed. (In VERY FEW instances, we can give you an estimate "range" over the phone.) Check the How We Work and Our Pricing page for general guidelines on us getting started.

What kinds of items can you clear away? We can take away pretty much any non-hazardous item that two people can lift (i.e., appliances, mattresses, couches, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, garage and attic junk, boxes, books, tools, tires, miscellaneous construction material, renovation debris, yard waste, wood, fencing, firewood, old timber, construction timber, tiling, garden refuse, branches, hedge clippings, furniture, sofas, hide-a-beds, and much more). If you've got something else to remove and you don't see it on the list, that's no problem! Just let us know.

Do you only work with foreclosures? No, we specialize in foreclosures, but work with any property needing our services (can be a personal property, eviction, etc.). Visit Real Estate Cleanup for more information. We're one in the same company.

How does exterior pricing work? Much like interior guidelines. We have to see the property first to give you an accurate estimate.

How soon can someone come out? Estimates can be scheduled within 24-48 hours. For the actual cleanup, we may be able to start the same day. For larger jobs, if you call by Wednesday, we can put your property on the schedule for the upcoming weekend, schedule permitting.

Do you take pictures of the property? Yes. We take up to ten before and after pictures of the property and send them to you via email. Simply request this service. Taking of digital photos is a FREE service to clients who hire Foreclosure Cleanup, LLC, and who request the service.

Why can't you give me an exact price on the phone before coming out? Our pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of items that will need to be hauled away. As each property is different, it's very difficult to get a firm idea of the cost of a job before actually seeing it. We don't want to overprice a job. No worries, our crew can give you a detailed, handwritten estimate when they arrive. (In VERY FEW instances, we can give you an estimate "range" over the phone.)

How does payment work? Payment is due immediately upon completion of the project. We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit and credit card (MC/Visa) payments. Banks can be invoiced directly.
